Meet Ana Santana
Ana Santana has spent approximately 15 years working in commercial cleaning. Before starting Pro Facility Cleaner, she worked for other companies in the industry and learned the business from the inside—what clients appreciate, what creates frustration, and what separates a dependable cleaning relationship from one that constantly needs correction.
That experience shaped Pro Facility Cleaner. Ana understands that commercial cleaning is not only about completing a list of tasks. It is about protecting the presentation of a workplace, helping employees and visitors feel comfortable, reducing distractions for managers, and making sure the facility is ready for business day after day.
Working for other cleaning companies also gave Ana a close view of where service can break down. A crew may technically show up, but small details get missed. Communication can be slow. Expectations may not be clear. Different employees may clean the same space differently. Over time, those inconsistencies become noticeable to the client.
Why Ana started Pro Facility Cleaner
Pro Facility Cleaner was created to take the lessons Ana learned over those years and build a more responsive, detail-oriented service around them. The goal is simple: provide business clients with a cleaning company that listens, communicates clearly, understands the property’s priorities and pays attention to the areas that affect the overall impression of the facility.
Ana believes that every workplace has its own rhythm. Some offices need special attention to reception areas and conference rooms. Others have busy restrooms, break rooms, customer areas or high-touch surfaces that require more frequent care. A useful commercial cleaning plan should reflect how the facility is actually used—not force every business into the exact same checklist.
Our approach
- Consistency: Clients should know what to expect from visit to visit.
- Attention to detail: We focus on the easy-to-miss areas that often determine whether a facility feels truly clean.
- Communication: Concerns and requests should be easy to raise and easy to understand.
- Practical planning: Cleaning frequency and scope should match the facility, traffic and business needs.
- Professional presentation: A clean workplace supports the impression a company makes on employees, customers and visitors.
